What’s the best advice I can give to someone just
starting their career?
Dream big, but break your goals down into smaller
achievable tasks, and then identify the specific steps
needed to complete each one. Also: attend talks,
conferences, and community events in your area. Meeting
people who share your passions (and struggles!) opens up a
world of inspiration and fresh perspectives that you can
actually apply to your daily work.
How do I stay motivated and focused?
Tribal Techno and Lady Gaga on my ears, and I’m
unstoppable.
What do I enjoy most about working at Socialpoint?
Hands down: my team. We collaborate, we laugh, and most
importantly, I get to be my authentic self! That sense of
belonging is rare, and I don’t take it for granted!
Who influences me at work?
Working in
social media means constantly tuning in to trends,
algorithms, and what’s making people stop scrolling.
Benchmarking is key: I’m always learning from what other
content creators are doing, and figuring out how to put our
own spin on it.
How am I celebrating Pride Month?
By
saying “I do”! I’m getting married this Pride Month in
Catalonia. Our guests from all around the world are dressing
in full rainbow colors, and I’ll be joining the Manifestació
Unitària, Barcelona’s Pride, later in July.
How does my identity contribute to my team?
Every idea I bring, whether it’s a video reel concept or a
new campaign angle, gets elevated when it meets my
team’s feedback. And the same happens in reverse: when
someone else shares an idea, I bring my perspective to help
shape it. Our diversity fuels that process. We build off
each other, remix ideas, and create things none of us
could’ve done alone. That’s the real strength of our team!
